How many members in a group are allowed to participate in IFIIC 2024?
- Individuals or teams of not more than 5 members are welcome to take part in the competition.

- Due to the overwhelming response, you will be notified within a week after registering and submitting your extended abstract.
Are the participants required to attend the IFIIC2024 competition on-site?
- This is a virtual innovation competition. The participants are not required to attend the competition and showcase their products in front of the judges on-site. Instead, the participants need to create and submit a 3-5 minute video presentation of their product to convince the judges.
Are the participants required to attend the award ceremony?
- The award ceremony announcement is held via an online platform. The Medal and payment receipt will be mailed to your mailing address and the e-Certificate will be emailed.
When will the result of this virtual competition be announced?
- The result will be announced through the IFIIC 2024 YouTube Channel on the 18th of December 2024. The results will also be displayed on our website after the result announcement.

How many medals will be awarded to the winners?
- Only one (1) medal will be awarded for each group.
How long does it take for the medal and receipt to be posted?
- The medal and receipt will be posted within 1 month from the date of result announcement (18th December 2024).
Do I receive a certificate for this event?
- Yes, an e-certificate will be emailed within 1 week after the event ends.
Can I request additional medals for my team members?
- Yes, with additional charges. Please fill up the form provided in the Telegram on 18th December 2024 and send it back to us together with the proof of payment. Please submit your request within one week after the event ends.
What is the cost for each additional medal?
- The cost for additional medals is RM50 for all types of medals (postage cost included). Price adjustments will be communicated through our Telegram group.
How do we submit our video presentation?
- The participants are required to upload the video presentation using the link provided on the website.
Will the uploaded video be used by third parties?
- Your video will only be used for participation and judging processes in the competition. It will not be handed to any third parties.
